From cleaning floors to building million-dollar cleaning businesses and teaching others how to do the same.
When I was a kid, I didn’t dream of coaching or building companies, I just wanted to help my family survive. I arrived in North America from Chile with no English, and by age 15 I was cleaning offices to help my mom pay the bills after my father passed away when I was four.
By age 20, I turned that experience into my first commercial cleaning business, built from scratch, run with subcontractors. Within a year it became one of the fastest-growing cleaning company in my city, and by 21 I had semi-retired because the business was fully automated and profitable.
But I didn’t stop there.
In 2019, I started the Cleaning Launch YouTube channel — not to post perfect videos, but to mentor real cleaning business owners on winning more commercial contracts, pricing properly, and scaling without chaos.
